Selecting Elements

When Pick Mode is active, you can select one or many elements directly on the page.

Selection Behavior

Hover preview (desktop): Hovering highlights selection candidates with a striped blue overlay.
Click to select: Clicking selects the element and applies an overlay.
Focused element: The most recently selected element is emphasized with a stronger border and glow.
Multi-select: Keep clicking to add more elements.
Deselect: Click the currently focused element again.
Long-press selection (touch devices): Long-press text ranges to select all contained elements at once.
iframe support: Elements inside iframes can also be selected.

Select from the most specific element first, then use Expand Selection if needed.
For complex layouts, use hover preview before clicking.
If selection feels noisy, hide irrelevant elements and continue.
