Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June, 2026.

Overview

Pickn tries to collect as little personal information as possible. We don't use Firebase Analytics or any other analytics framework. No usage statistics are collected.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is and isn't collected depending on how you use the Service.

Local-Only Use (No Account)

If you use Pickn without creating a Pickn account or enabling the data sync feature, no personal information is collected. There is no anonymous login, no background tracking, and no data sent to any server.

Data Sync Feature (Account Required)

Pickn offers an optional, paid data sync feature that lets you sync your settings across devices via the cloud. To make this work, we need to manage your authentication credentials, purchase information, and synced data on our servers.

The following third-party services are used:

RevenueCat

RevenueCat manages your purchase and subscription information. The data managed includes:

  • Items purchased or subscribed to
  • Date and time of each purchase or subscription event

Supabase Auth

Supabase Auth manages your login and account information. The data managed includes:

  • Account Information
Email address, user ID, account creation and update timestamps, email verification status, last sign-in timestamp, and other information needed for account management.

  • Authentication Credentials
If you use a password, it is stored in a hashed format, never in plain text. If you use OTP or external login, authentication links, one-time passwords, authentication tokens, and other data needed for authentication are processed.

  • External Login Information
If you sign in via Google, Apple, GitHub, or another external authentication provider, we may receive the user ID, email address, name, username, profile image, and other information you have authorized the provider to share.

  • Session and Technical Information
Access tokens, refresh tokens, session IDs, login status, device and browser information, IP address, User-Agent, access timestamps, and authentication event logs may be collected or stored.

  • Security Logs
Logs for account registration, login, logout, email verification, password changes and resets, token renewal, authentication failures, and other security-related events are collected.

Cloudflare D1 & Workers

Cloudflare D1 and Workers are used to link your authentication and purchase accounts and to store your synced data. The data managed includes:

  • Pickn user data subject to sync (your settings)
  • Authentication user ID (linked to Supabase Auth)
  • Purchase user ID (linked to RevenueCat)
  • Timestamp of the last data sync

Account Deletion

When you delete your Pickn account, all of your data is removed from all of the third-party services listed above.

If you have purchased or subscribed to Pickn Pro via an In-App Purchase, your Pro access will remain available on devices where the Pickn app is installed, even after account deletion. This is because the purchase receipt is stored locally by the App Store and does not depend on your Pickn account.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will be revised.
